Yesterday I read about TWLOHA (To Write Love On Her Arms), a "non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury and suicide. TWLOHA exists to encourage, inform, inspire and also to invest directly into treatment and recovery."

I read the story of how it all started (Click Here) and I was really moved by it, because I know people who have been there too, so check out their website, [link] to find out more!
